Troubleshooting server processes on Windows

If a process requires a DLL file that is missing from the default directory, you will receive an error message listing the missing file, and the thread running the process will hang. To solve the issue, replace the missing DLL in the installation directory, and restart the server.

To avoid this issue, do not move DLL files after installation. DLLs should remain in the installation directory.
