The Publish Report plug-in is used when you publish a BIRT report. The plug-in is executed when you publish the report either manually or when using a job scheduler.
Publish Report is a Java-based Filter API plug-in.
AR System server connectivity
The AR System server interacts with the Publish Report plug-in by using the BMC Remedy AR System Java API. This plug-in requires BIRT Runtime, which is installed during the AR System server installation in the <ARInstallationFolder>\pluginsvr\birtruntime folder.
The plug-in arreportVerNum.jar and arreportingapiVerNum.jar ( — VerNum represents the release version number) is installed in the <ARInstallationFolder>\pluginsvr folder.
