Troubleshooting Pentaho plug-in issues

The Pentaho plug-in enables you to run and monitor Atrium Integrator jobs/transformations from AR vendor forms. This plug-in is specifically designed to enable a BMC Remedy AR System or BMC Remedy IT Service Management application user to create a comprehensive, AR form-based data management user interface.

To troubleshoot Pentaho plug-in issues

For more information, see Pentaho plug-in configuration.

  2. Troubleshoot common plug-in related issues.

The section "To enable logs for the Pentaho plug-in" only contains information on how to enable debug logging for all plugins but no information on how to enable debug logging for the pentaho plugin. Documentation for 9.0 had a section for pentaho plugin only: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ars9000/Troubleshooting+Pentaho+plug-in+issues Question is wheter this is still working with 9.1 or not and if it is working, it should be documented here. :-)

        Hello Andreas,

We have updated this topic. Please note that in version 9.0, a user had to manually change the level value from "warn" to "debug" in the XML file. However, in version 9.1, the user can do so using the user interface provided on the "Plugin Server Configuration" form in the AR System Administration console.

        Thanks,

        Onkar
