HPD:IncidentInterface_Create doesn't seem to be the correct form to retrieve an entry.  "Incident Number" should be an {entryId}.

Hello, I just tried it out. The endpoint should be "/api/arsys/v1/entry/HPD:IncidentInterface_Create" "Incident Number" is meant literaly but should be a GET query parameter with the {entryId} as value

    Best Regards Iassen

      Hello Sachin,

We do not have documentation for ITSM specific REST API.
Please refer to the generic REST API documentation to create your specific requests.

      Regards,

      Anagha
