    Isn't there a matrix that can be linked here with requirements for AR Server install? I'm looking all over for bits and pieces, following links and still haven't found what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

    I feel like the online compatibility matrix is a step back from the pdf downloads. I understand you want to put this information online, but I feel like now there is information missing.

    For example I have been looking everywhere on your site for which version of Exchange client is compatible with Remedy Email Engine 9.1. That information is in the PDFs for 7.6 and older, but it is not online anywhere and I've wasted time with this.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience.

      The supported versions of Microsoft Exchange Server are:

      • Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 SP3 (64-bit)
      • Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 SP2 (64-bit)
      • Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 SP2 (64-bit)

      The details for Microsoft Exchange Server is mentioned in the Release notes PDF attached on the Compatibility Matrix. You can download the PDF to view the details.

        Hi Prachi, I agree with John Cserkuti that such information should be in one place - BMC SOLUTION AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY (SPAC), instead of multiple places and customer have to checks in multiple places instead of only one. Why it is so difficult to add such information in Third Party Products Compatibility of SPAC? PDF should reflect what is in online SPAC, but should not contains different information. Thanks.               Hi Anagha, why this information is not in main place - BMC SOLUTION AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY (SPAC) -> Resources -> Product Compatibility (SPAC) -> Product:Remedy AR System Server -> version for example for 9.1.04 ( All other things are there, but some are in individual PDFs - information is scattered in various places, and should be in one place - as a single source of information.
