Removing items from the distributed pending queue

Warning

This procedure completely removes the item so that it cannot be retried.

To remove items from the distributed pending queue

  1. In the left pane of the AR System Administration Console, click System > Distributed Server Option > Pending DSO Operations.
  2. In the Distributed Pending form, enter the appropriate search criteria, and click Search.
  3. In the results list, select the item to remove.
  4. Select Actions > Delete.
  5. Select View > Refresh Search to update the list of items.
