    Issue: Actions, Export to PDF, Word, or HTML does not produce correct contents - it does not include the most important column of the table "Corrected in". So I am not able to create offline copy of the document.

      Hello Robert,

      We are sorry for the inconvenience. Since Due to more number of columns, it is difficult to get a complete view of the table when you export it to PDF.

      You can filter the table from the Corrected in filter and then generate a PDF. This will give you complete view of the table.

    I installed the latest patch - AR System 9.1 SP2 Patch 2

    I now receive this error:

     

    Special users (Distributed Server,Remedy Application Service,MidTier Service) : Remedy Application Service password is wrong

     

    This error is found in KB as defect: SW00490051 - however I do not see it as a known defect

     

    Why isn't the defect listed as a known defect? - if it was - I would not have installed the patch.

    The workaround listed in the defect to change all of our application passwords to a simple password like 'arsystem' is unacceptable

    There are too many applications (Smart IT, UDM, Midtier, external DSO servers, ) where passwords would need to be set to the simple password including some that can only be set by direct database update.

     If I had seen this as a known defect - I would not have installed the patch.

    Hi BMC,

    We’ve downloaded and running the installer for patch 3 both for AR-Server and Atrium CMDB. In the installers there are URLs to what is fixed:


    AR-Server: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ars91/9.1.02.002%3A+Patch+3+for+Service+Pack+2    (Gives ”The page could not be found”).


    Atrium CMDB: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/ac91/9.1.02.003%3A+Patch+3+for+Service+Pack+2    (Gives ”You do not have permission”).

    But I am not able to access either of these pages. Would you please be so kind as to update the list of "Known and corrected issues" ?

    Or is there any other source for this?

        BMC Remedy AR System 9.1.02 patch 003 has been removed from the Electronic Product Download (EPD) system. BMC plans to release a new patch 004 for version 9.1.02 very soon. A notification will be sent when patch 004 is available.

    None of these defect ids can be found for patch03. Please can you check which ones are fixed in patch03 and document them?

    9.1.03 has a known issue with DSO in transferring Status History values. The Status History User is always passed as Distributed Server with DSO Transfer and last Status Transfer always passed as NULL for both User and Time

    "The AR System server incorrectly returns the following warning message during the CHUCK retrieval process even if the number of entries in the last CHUCK is within the limit:"
