Error 333 and Assignee Group Permission

To enable users to enter information into approval server forms, the form, field, and other object permissions must be set correctly. Most of the required permission settings are imported when you install the approval server. Only an BMC Remedy AR System administrator, or a sub-administrator with administrator permissions to the objects in question can change access control settings. See Defining access control.

To support multi-tenancy, you must pass the -l parameter with the group values to the New-Details or Add-Sig command. If you do not pass the -l parameter, the following error message is displayed:

ARERR [333] You have no access to field: fieldID.
