Please can you elaborate on the Use FTS property in filters (in Full Text Search section)? I wasn't able to find any documentation on this. Data Access obviously is documented in workflow extras but "Use FTS" is not.

Please also elaborate on the connection to the global setting documented in

       Hello Andreas,

The documentation for the property Use FTS in workflows is documented in the topic FTS tab configuration options.

The Use FTS in workflows property controls ability of whether the server uses full text searches when executing queries during workflow that have full text indexed fields in the qualification. By default, this option is selected. If you clear this check box, the server uses the search capability of the database.

      Thanks,

      Prachi

        Hello Prachi,

If the Use FTS in workflow property controls wheter fts is used or not then what is the purpose of the server wide setting?

        Br,

        Andreas

     HI,

If FTS is disabled on FTS:config form then Use FTS In workflow property will not behave as expected.

FTS setting in FTS:Config form will control both workflow search and FTS/MFS search, where Use FTS In workflow will control only the workflow search.

    Thanks

    Nerella
