Reverting an individual user to global password management settings
To revert an individual user to global password management settings:
- From the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console, click System > Application > Users / Groups / Roles > User. The User form opens in Search mode.

- Search the appropriate user.
- Clear all the Password Management fields on the form.
- Click Save.
