Reverting an individual user to global password management settings

To revert an individual user to global password management settings:

  1. From the BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console, click System > Application > Users / Groups / Roles > User. The User form opens in Search mode.
    (Click on the image to expand it.)
  2. Search the appropriate user.
  3. Clear all the Password Management fields on the form.
  4. Click Save.
