Process Done stage

A process is done when a request has generated a final result, such as Approved, Rejected, Error, or Cancelled. Approval Process Done rules allow a process to take action on the original request when the approval server is done handling the request. For example, when a process is done, you use an Approval Process Done rule to change the approval status on the approval request form. The only rule type used to implement the Process Done stage is the Approval Process Done rule.

The sample applications contain many examples of Approval Process Done rules, including, for example, Cost Approved, Cost Rejected, Issue Approved, and Issue Rejected. To create an Approval Process Done rule, see Defining Approval Process Done rules.
