Performance and configuration settings for Email Engine

The email engine internally uses most configuration settings with their default values. The centralized configuration forms and the file let you specify values other than the defaults for these settings.

When you modify entries in the AR System Configuration Generic UI form, the changes are effective in 30 seconds (the default value for the com.bmc.arsys.emaildaemon.configurationcheckinterval setting). You can modify the value for this setting from the file.
