      These defects occur in BMC Remedy Mid Tier or AR System server, hence these are documented in AR System.

        Let's take an example. SW00417387: "An email message is sent to all the users registered on the People form ...". But the People form isn't part of the base AR System server but belongs to the foundation of the ITSM application.

        Maybe this is due to a defect that was corrected on the AR System server. But then the description doesn't match the root cause of what was solved.

            I am logged in and can see known issues in the ITSM 9.0 space just fine, it's just this space (AR System) that is blank when it comes to the known issues.

    Patch 002 of ARS 9.0.00 was just released Sep 18, 2015.  Were these fixes already part of ARS 9.0.01 (SP1) (released Aug 21, 2015 ), or will there be a patch coming out for 9.0.01?

      Hello Raymond,

      BMC Remedy AR System 9.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1) contain all of the fixes in Patch 2.

      If you have upgraded to BMC Remedy AR System 9.0 SP1 you do not need to apply Patch 2.

    As SP1 contains all fixes which are in patch2, please document the defects for SP1 (in "corrected in" column aswell and not only list 9.0.0.002.

    This is causing much confusion and doubt.
