Implementing the approval process

After you create the approval request form and the join forms, and enter the approval request form in AP:Administration, the following tasks remain to implement the approval process:

  • Creating the approval process or processes
  • Creating the rules
  • Creating at least one filter to start the approval process
  • Creating the workflow for chained processes, if you are using them
  • Creating notifications
  • Adding security and usability features
