Data flow when working with flashboards

To create, modify, and delete flashboards, use BMC Remedy Developer Studio (as described in Creating and managing flashboards). The AR System server processes the information from the flashboard and its variables and returns the information about the new or modified flashboard to BMC Remedy Developer Studio. Then, BMC Remedy Developer Studio retrieves the flashboard image from the mid tier. For information about how to configure the AR System server to point to a specific mid tier, see Default Web Path.
