Updating help file paths to rename the server

The following procedure describes how to update the server name in the paths to the help files for BMC Remedy applications.

  1. In a browser, open the SHARE:Application_Properties form.
  2. Search for all records where the Property Name field has an entry of Help File Path.
  3. Modify all occurrences of the mid tier and AR System server names with the new names.
