Troubleshooting BMC Remedy Data Import installation issues

The BMC Remedy Data Import tool generates logs that provide information for debugging the installation. Before you install the Data Import tool, set the DEBUG_JIT environment variable, which logs any issues that occur during installation. The DEBUG_JIT variable takes one of the following values:
