To view the latest version, select the version from the Product version menu.

Starting BMC Remedy Migrator

After you have installed BMC Remedy Migrator, the Windows Start menu displays the BMC Remedy Migrator icon in the program folder that you selected during the installation process.

To start BMC Remedy Migrator

  1. If you created a shortcut on your desktop during installation, double-click the BMC Remedy Migrator icon. Or, select BMC Remedy Migrator from the Start menu.
  2. Obtain a license from BMC Customer Support.
    You need a license for the AR System server if you do not already have one. For information about contacting BMC Customer Support, see Support information.
