Email deployment use cases

This section provides use cases for deploying inbound and outbound email in the BMC Remedy OnDemand 2013.01 environment.

All of these use cases have been tested for low, medium, and high email volume rates. The email volume rates are defined as follows:




10 emails every 5 minutes (peaks up to 30)


100 emails every 5 minutes (peaks up to 150)


300 emails every 5 minutes (peaks up to 500)
