    Dear guys, morning!!

So you mean, we should install SLM prior to SRM?

Thank you for your comment, Sunil Kumar. There is no dependency on what you install first. But BMC recommends you to install BMC Service Request Management version 8.1 (SRM) prior to BMC Service Level Management version 8.1 (SLM).

      Thanks,

      Prachi

          Hello,

As I have mentioned, BMC recommends you to install BMC Service Request Management version 8.1 (SRM) prior to BMC Service Level Management version 8.1 (SLM).

          Hope that helps!

          Thanks,

          Prachi
