Use this section for information about gathering BMC Remedy AR System diagnostics such as:

BMC Remedy AR System provides several options to monitor the health and efficiency of the server and its components. Refer to the Logging and monitoring AR System for more information about watching the following components to ensure efficient running of AR System:

  • Server
  • Mid tier
  • Email engine
  • Assignment engine
  • Approval server
  • BMC Atrium CMDB
