    "For information about the Java plug-in API, see BMC Remedy AR System plug-in API functions." This is a self-referencing link.

    Also, according to the top left section where the search normally is, it appears that a BMC license has expired, it says "The license could not be verified: License Certificate has expired!"

      Hi Kelly,

      Thank you for your comment. The self-referencing link is now fixed. The search function has been restored. Sorry about the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.

    This may not be the best place to note this, but i don't see a better one:

    note that when passing parameters user defined parameters to your plugin through the pluginsvr_config.xml, do not use commas, they are treated as EOL delimiters.

    eg passing an list, or an LDAP  path should be:

    sample
    <userDefined>
    <midtierServers>svr1,svr2,svr3</midtierServers>
      <domain1>ou=_CORP,dc=oneadr,dc=net</domain1>
    </userDefined>

    but due to the parsing, youd have to do something like

    <userDefined>
      <midtierServers>svr1;svr2;svr3</midtierServers>
      <domain1>ou=_CORP;dc=oneadr;dc=net</domain1>
    </userDefined>

    and then do a String.replaceall(";",",") or something like it.
