To chat using BMC Remedy ITSM Suite
- Click the Chat icon provided on the BMC Remedy ITSM landing console for:
- BMC Asset Management
- BMC Service Desk
- BMC Change Management
- BMC Knowledge Management
- Follow the additional steps documented in Using chat.
