Configuring to receive BMC Remedy ITSM Suite feeds

This topic provides instructions for configuring to receive BMC Remedy ITSM Suite feeds through RSS feed clients.

To receive BMC Remedy ITSM Suite feeds

Note

Before you begin, follow the steps given in the Configuring RSS feeds section.

  1. Click the RSS Feed button provided on the BMC Remedy ITSM landing console for:
    • BMC Asset Management
    • BMC Service Desk
    • BMC Change Management
    • BMC Knowledge Management
  2. Follow the additional steps mentioned in Subscribing to RSS feeds.
