BMC Atrium CMDB log files

By default, the CMDB install folder on Windows is C:\Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumCore.

Log files are stored in the following locations:

Installation logs Atrium install folder\Logs
API logs (which share the AR System API log file) AR install folder\arserver\db\api.log
NE logs Atrium install folder\Logs
RE scheduler logs RE-Log-File-Location\Logs\arrecond.log
Debug files CMDB-log-file-location\cmdbengdebug.log (See ar.cfg.)
AIS logs Atrium install folder\Logs
AIE logs Atrium install folder\Logs
Product Catalog Atrium install folder\Logs
Atrium Plugin logs Atrium install folder_\Logs

To monitor reconciliation jobs, search the Reconciliation Job History form in the RE Manager Console. To monitor AIE exchange tasks, search the AR System EIE:Log form.
