Atrium Integrator Spoon client

The Atrium Integrator Spoon is a client side, user installable graphical user interface application which is used to design transformations and jobs. These transformations and jobs are saved, and then accessed and executed by the Atrium Integrator adapter for BMC Remedy AR System. The Spoon client also allows you to define and create the AR Connection modules which enable the transformations to use AR Systerm database transactions.

For complete documentation on creating transformations and jobs using the Atrium Integrator Spoon client, see the third party documentation.

Accessing the Atrium Integrator Spoon application

The Atrium Integrator Spoon application is installed from the standard BMC Remedy AR System installation program as one of the installable client program options. For more information about the BMC Remedy Action Request System installation procedures, see Installing Open link  in BMC Remedy ITSM Deployment online documentation.

Once installed, the application can be accessed from the Windows Start menu, under Programs, under the BMC Software folder. AR System administrator permissions are required to log on and use the Spoon client.

For information about adding the AR Input step, we recommend you see the documentation in MultiExcerpt named Steps in Atrium Integrator transformation was not found -- Please check the page name and MultiExcerpt name used in the MultiExcerpt-Include macro.
