Viewing all the More Information requests you submitted

You can search the AP:More Information form to find and view all the More Information requests that you have sent, regardless of the request status.

To retrieve all your More Information requests

1. In a browser, open the AP:More Information form.
2. Enter your BMC Remedy AR System user name in the From field, and click Search.
    A list of the More Information requests you have sent appears in the results list area. This includes both pending and completed More Information requests.
3. Select a request from the results list.
    The details of the request appear in the details area of the window.
