Managing licenses

Use the Manage User Licenses screen to review the users in your system. This screen displays a report of the registered users and current users in the system. The report enables you to view all users across the server group.

Required permissions

You must have either of the following permission to access the Manage User Licenses screen:

• AR System Administrator—can view and release a license
• Licensing Viewer—can view a license
• Licensing Administrator—can view and release a license

Overview of the Managing Licenses screen

This screen offers similar functionality as that of the Manage User Licenses form. For more information, see Viewing user license information. 

Apart from the details displayed in the Manage User Licenses form, you can view following additional details:

• To identify who is accessing servers in the server group, select Servers - Current Users, Application - Current Users, or Bundled - Current Users options.
  The Server List column is displayed. This column indicates a server or servers accessed by a specific user during the current session.
