If a developer successfully logs in to Remedy Developer Studio, no logs are updated. However, if the developer fails to log in successfully, you can find the exception stack trace in the .log file (the .log file does not have any file name) at the Remedy Developer Studio workspace.

The default location for the .log file is: C:\Users\Administrator\DeveloperStudio\workspace\.metadata

Alternatively, you can find the logging information by performing the following steps:

  1. In Developer Studio, select Window > Show View > Other.
The Show View dialog box is displayed.

  2. Double-click the General folder to open it.
  3. Click Error Log.
  4. Click Open.
The Error Log pane is displayed on the right.
