Creating a re-playable Fiddler capture for Remedy Mid Tier

Creating a re-playable Fiddler capture enables BMC Technical Support and Engineering team to review the requests sent from the browser and the responses returned by the mid tier including cookies and headers.

Fiddler capture helps identify the possible performance problems with specific requests.  It also allows for replaying the problem as it occurred in your environment. Replaying the problem helps if the problem is not reproducible in the BMC support lab.

You can download fiddler from  Download Fiddler Open link

Important

To correctly reproduce the Fiddler capture, BMC Support needs to know which browser and version you have used to reproduce the issue. BMC Support also needs to know the exact steps and the sequence of steps you have taken to reproduce the issue.

This data is a vital piece of information for BMC Support.
