Modifying an incident entry

    You can use the PUT method to modify an incident entry. Perform the following steps:
  1. Open the Postman - REST Client.
  2. Create a token. 
  3. Set the Request URL as http://<server_name>:<port>/api/arsys/v1/entry/HPD:IncidentInterface/
    (Request_ID of an incident on the HPD:IncidentInterface) 
    For example, http://<server name>:<port>/api/arsys/v1/entry/HPD:IncidentInterface/INC000000000806|INC000000000806
  4. Select the operation as PUT.
  5. Click Headers.
    Enter the following data as key value pair in the header:



    AuthorizationAR-JWT <tokengenerated>


  6. Select raw.
  7. From the list, select JSON.
  8. Enter the JSON input for creating an entry.
    Refer to the following sample code.

  9. Click Send.
