Advanced tab fields

|Form||Default Form View|
Specifies the view to be used as the default for all forms.
Note: If the user enters a view name that does not exist, BMC Remedy AR System determines which view best fits. This might not be the default view.
|Open Window View Extension|
Specifies the extension to be used as the default for all forms opened from other forms.
Note: If the user enters an extension that does not exist, BMC Remedy AR System determines which view best fits. This might not be the default view.
|Display Hidden Forms (Admin)|
Specifies which forms are available. Options are
Note: This option is available only if the user is logged in as an administrator or sub administrator to an active server.
|Table Fields||Refresh Content on Display|
Specifies whether the data in a table field is refreshed automatically every time a form is displayed.
Note: The user can refresh the table manually by clicking on it.
Specifies the name of the server where the following reporting forms reside:
The server name also serves as the home for report definition files created. This entry is necessary when the server that stores the reporting forms is different from the server that stores the data to be reported on. This field is blank by default.
|ODBC Use Underscores||Specifies whether to replace special characters with underscores when running reports.|
|Result View||Alert Sort||Displays the last column on which the user sorted a result or alert list. The user can specify a value in this field.|
|Sort Criteria||Displays the value set when the user chooses Actions > Sort Options and specify values. The user can set sort options on a per-form basis.||Legacy*|
|AR System Reserved||AR System Reserved||Reserved for future use.||N/A|
* Legacy = The field is available for legacy environments that use BMC Remedy User, which is no longer shipped with BMC Remedy AR System.
