Setting the Accessibility tab
The Accessibility tab form contains the following web accessibility preferences. If no user preferences are set, no Section 508 enhancements are made to the form. For each user, Section 508 enhancements are added dynamically when the HTML for the form is read.

Generates the HTML page so it is optimized as follows:
Accessible Mode is enabled when it is set to Screen Reader/No Vision.
Note: When adding image buttons to a form, you must add a label for the button image so that screen readers can read the ALT tag for the image. When the No Vision option is set in user preferences, the screen reader uses the label text to read the ALT tag.
Designates the type of nonvisual feedback that applies to workflow for this view. The options are
Accessibility messages are displayed for visual changes caused by Change Field and Set Field active link actions, and other user actions such as table refresh. These messages reflect the visual changes that the user would have experienced otherwise. If a field is hidden, changes caused by these actions are ignored.
Note: These options are not used in the BMC Remedy Mid Tier 6.3 and later.
* Legacy = The field is available for legacy environments that use BMC Remedy User, which is no longer shipped with BMC Remedy AR System.
No Vision users might need more time to traverse forms, so increase the Session Timeout in Minutes value on the Web tab. See Setting the Web tab.
