Configuring to receive BMC Remedy ITSM Suite alerts

This topic provides instructions for configuring to receive BMC Remedy ITSM Suite alerts through your Twitter account.

To receive BMC Remedy ITSM Suite alerts

Note

Before you begin, follow the steps given in the Receiving alerts through Twitter section. 

  1. Click the Twitter button provided on the BMC Remedy ITSM landing console for:
    • BMC Asset Management
    • BMC Service Desk
    • BMC Change Management
    • BMC Knowledge Management
  2. Follow additional configuration steps in  Receiving BMC Remedy ITSM broadcasts on Twitter .
