Troubleshooting the BMC Remedy Deployment Application

If you need to contact BMC Customer Support, having the appropriate log files ready can help resolve many issues more quickly.

To view activity log files

  1. Open the BMC Remedy Deployment Management console.
  2. From the navigation pane, select Administration.
  3. Click View Activity Log.
