Form to customize source ID
The AP:Customize-SourceID form appears when you click the Customize link on the Basic tab on the AP:Form. The AP:Customize-SourceID form enables you to specify the application form that opens when users click the Request ID link on Approval Central.
The following table lists the fields available on the AP:Customize-SourceID form and their descriptions.
Fields on the AP:Customize-SourceID form

This option appears if the Display Mode field contains one of the following items:
Select a field from the list with which you want to compare the Request ID field value (ID 1) on the application request form. When you click the Request ID link on Approval Central, the custom form opens with a record that matches the value in the selected field.
Do not select a CLOB field.
This option does not support the following fields types:
Displays ten fields with IDs 14301 to 14310 that you can use to map the fields on the custom form to the fields on the application request form.
This option appears if you selected Dialog, Submit or Search in the Display Mode field.
Select an application request form field from the menu list that you want to map with the custom form field. You can map up to 10 fields from the application request form to the custom form. The reserved IDs (14301 to 14310) are assigned to these fields on the custom form. When you open the custom form through the Request ID link, these mappings populate the custom form fields (14301 to 14310) with the corresponding values on the request form fields that you selected or mapped for the current request.
If you do not define the mapping between the custom form fields and the application request form, a blank form opens when you click the Request ID link on Approval Central.
