BMC Atrium CMDB log files

By default, the CMDB install folder on Windows is C:\Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumCore.

Log files are stored in the following locations:

Component Log file location
Installation logs Atrium install folder\Logs
API logs (which share the AR System API log file) AR install folder\arserver\db\api.log
NE logs Atrium install folder\Logs
RE scheduler logs RE-Log-File-Location\Logs\arrecond.log
RE-Log-File-Location\Logs{}jobname_integer.log
Debug files CMDB-log-file-location\cmdbengdebug.log (See ar.cfg.)
AIS logs Atrium install folder\Logs
Product Catalog Atrium install folder\Logs
Atrium Plugin logs Atrium install folder_\Logs


To monitor reconciliation jobs, search the Reconciliation Job History form in the RE Manager Console.
