Unable to access applications in the TrueSight console

You are unable to access applications in the TrueSight console even though you have permissions to add and edit the application.


You can have permission to add or edit an application, but if you do not have permission to view it, you cannot access it.

Probable cause

A conflict can result through the division of some permissions for App Visibility Manager pages in the TrueSight console.


While providing permissions to a user, ensure that the following sets of permissions are grouped together:

  • View Application Configuration List and View Application Configuration
  • View Applications and View All Tabs for an Application
