Troubleshooting Application monitoring in the TrueSight console after upgrade

If you upgrade from a versions earlier than 10.5 of the TrueSight Presentation Server,  the following issues are observed with applications monitoring in TrueSight console.

  • The services displayed as a part of the Application Monitoring page disappears after the upgrade.
    After upgrade: Navigate to the Monitoring > Services page to view the services in TrueSight console.

  • You create an Applications dashlet by selecting different applications, and the services available in the system. After the upgrade, the Applications dashlet no longer displays the services.
    After upgrade: Create a new Services dashlet to view these services.
