There must be a topic to troubleshoot Application view Tiers (user, network, synthetic, Web, business, Database) visibility, if one or more tiers are not visible then what can be done and how can these missing tiers be brought back

Hey thank you for your reply, I have been through this before but it has no points discussing what if there are tiers not visible at all, in my case the application was discovered but the tiers were grayed out, FYI sir I have also had kept the policy to max so that concern is still not fixed even bmc Support raised their hands as they cannot fix this was addressed till the manager of Support Nitin Saxena
But no one could help us
