Configuring user accounts and permissions on the Analyzer

Access to the BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition web interface is limited to users with valid account credentials. An Administrator can give users access to the web interface by adding accounts for them. All roles except Export can access the web interface. Users with the Export role access the system via data export APIs.
You can manage BMC Real End User Experience Monitoring Software Edition accounts locally or with you LDAP server. The system can handle both kinds of accounts simultaneously, so local and LDAP management are not mutually exclusive modes of operation.
To establish how the device authenticates and authorizes users, select the account-management model for the device.
