DELETE (edit only)
The DELETE command enables you to delete segment occurrences from a database. When you enter the DELETE command, the current segment and all dependent segment occurrences are deleted. After the deletion occurs, the next twin occurrence of the current segment type becomes the new current segment. If the current segment you delete is the last occurrence of that segment type in the current hierarchical path, the informational message POSITIONED BEYOND TWINS is displayed. You can then use one of the database movement commands to select a new current segment.
If the 0.1 parameter option Delete Confirmation is set to Y, the Confirm Delete of Segments Panel displays.
There are no operands associated with the DELETE command.

Used in the Segment/Layout XREF function to delete the specified DBD and its segments from the XREF member being edited.
