The instructions on the Configuring the URL

In Component Name, select com.bmc.cmdb.server.shared > shared.

This is incorrect Should not it be ? com.bmc.arsys.server.shared > shared

Hi Anurag, Thanks for pointing that out. I have confirmed this with the SME and corrected the instructions for Configuring the URL.

The 'Setting Value' for Redirect-URL starts with cmdb.. In a server group environment would that be the load balancer name or do I have to enter a line for each node in the server group?

I will check this with the SMEs and let you know what they say on this.

      Hi Joachim,

I just checked with the SMEs. Yes, the load balancer name is adequate.

Does the user account used for accessing dashboard need to have a password set locally in Remedy or will it work with LDAP integrated authentication?

      Hello Siva sankara prasad Kaza,

The user account works with LDAP integrated authentication. Hope this helps.
