CMDBExpandParametersForCI function

The CMDBExpandParametersForCI function accepts an unexpanded string that contains parameters and substitutes values from the attribute value list provided in the CMDBAttributeValueList structure. For example, the function takes $Name$ and $InstanceId$ as the unexpanded parameters and substitutes the values HRServer and CS000019.
