Atrium Integrator permissions
To use the Atrium Integrator console, you must be assigned to one of the assigned BMC Remedy AR System permission roles:
- AI Admin Group — To give administrator rights, assign the AI Admin group to the user.
- AI User Group — To give AI user rights, assign the AI user group to the user.
For more information about BMC Remedy AR System users and groups, see Creating users, groups, and roles.
Depending on the role assigned to a user the icons in Atrium Integrator console are enabled.

Comments
Hello,
I have tested serval role combination to start Spoon only. In the end "AR Admin" was needed AND a fixed license. A floating license was not enough. Is that correct and an important information?
Maybe that "AI Admin" and / or "AI User" are also necessary, but not for starting Spoon.

If necessary add ADMINISTRATOR permission to see BMC Atrium Integrator Console?
The AI User role exists. It is mapped to an AI User Group group. This group does not exist in the Group form. Is this a defect or do we just need to create the group in order to map it to a user?
