This page does not provide any options to importing the data even though it is located elsewhere.  I would suggest adding in options like:

    1. Using the BMC Remedy Import Tool to import the data into the staging forms.
    2. Using the BMC Remedy Migrator to import the data into the staging forms.
    3. Manually creating the entries into the staging forms.
Then follow this up with the link.

      Hi Leonard,

      1. I have added the links for using the BMC Remedy Import Tool to import data into the staging forms.
      2. If you use BMC Remedy Migrator or the Data Management tool to import data into staging forms, these scenarios will not use the staging forms; instead the data will be imported to the forms that actually hold the data.
      3. If you manually create the data, do not use the staging forms; instead use the regular PCT console.

I am tagging the SME in case you need more information Gustavo Del gerbo

      Thanks,

      Bhakti
