Deployment architecture

For your reference, you can consult the BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM)7.6.04 deployment architecture documentation.  The BMC Remedy ITSM 8.1 deployment architecture information will eventually be made available.

A typical deployment has BMC Atrium Core with BMC Remedy Action Request System server and with several BMC applications:
