Permissions to access Atrium Integrator
To use the Atrium Integrator console, you must be assigned to one of the assigned Remedy AR System permission roles:
- AI Admin Group — To give administrator rights, assign the AI Admin group to the user.
- AI User Group — To give AI user rights, assign the AI user group to the user.

A user with DMT Admin can use AI Spoon, so the statement in the docs "To use the Atrium Integrator Spoon, you must be assigned AR Admin (Base administrator) role." seems to be incorrect. Tested on 20.02 Patch2 today.
Also, the only group mapped to the AI Admin ROLE is called AI Computed Group, and that has the following definition: "Administrator" OR "AI Admin Group". Both of these are Regular groups. So I do not see how the documentation is correct about Groups assigned to the AI Admin role.
Please clarify or correct.
