Customizing normalization

BMC CMDB provides several out-of-the-box normalization features, such as Version Rollup, Suite Rollup, Impact, and so on. However, you may have unique scenarios in your production environment where you need to customize the normalization process. CMDB provides the option to customize the normalization.
