CMDB Services configuration settings

Use the parameters in the CMDB Services section to configure logging information for  the CMDB Services. The logs are helpful in troubleshooting REST APIs. You must set the log level to Info or Debug.

Important

In the CMDB Services component, under Dashboard Utility, if you select the check box Enable Duplicate Processing, then the utility enables the processing of duplicate CIs. But note that when you run the utility for the first time with this selection, the execution time may be substantial, affecting database performance. BMC recommends that if you want to enable this check box, then have your first run of this utility during non-peak hours.

If you are in a server group environment, select the required Remedy AR System server from the Select Server drop-down list. If you have a stand-alone environment, the required server name is automatically displayed.
